Al has serviced my home twice. My rental property was occupied by tenants with pets for 5 years. The carpet was stained terribly throughout
the house by their cat and dog. I called several carpet cleaners who were unable to successfully remove the stains. AL removed the stains beyond my expectations. He is extremely professional, easy to work with and worth every dollar for services provided. I would without hesitation highly recommend Al.

Al cleans carpets at both commercial and residential buildings. He recently did a bunch of carpets in my basement and elsewhere at my house that were very old and worn out looking. I was reluctant because I thought there was no hope for these carpets. Turns out they were more dirty than anything else from years of foot traffic. They look new now and with some random stains I thought would never come out, Al was able to spot treat and remove those as well. I was very impressed with his service to say the least.

Our office carpeting needed stretching. I called Al to see if he could assist us and he came out that same day to give us an estimate. I met him at our office on a Saturday and he stetched and cleaned our carpets. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.

Carpet-strech handles all of our carpeting cleaning and repairs. Our property management company calls them at least 3 x a month to clean carpets before tenants move in. Their truck mounted carpeting cleaning machine does a great job pulling out tough stains.
They are also good at removing carpet wrinkles. We have started using them to buff out dirt from hardwood floors. We also call them for flood and water cleanup when a pipe bursts, or a storm causes a leak. Al and Carpet-stretch always do a great job for us. They are very dependable.

I have used this service on two occasions and have never been disappointed. Al always calls prior to his arrival to confirm and is always on time. My carpets look brand new after having been cleaned and the customer service I receive is excellent. I highly recommend.

This Spring, my wife and I came home from a night out, only to find that our 3 year old daughter spilled pink nail polish all over our light brown living room carpet. To make matters worse, we were having our family over for the Holidays. Luckily, we contacted Carpet Stretch. Within about a day, Carpet Stretch was at our house, assessed the situation, and used their magic to completely remove the nail polish. None of our guests knew anything about the spill! Al was great to work with. He did an excellent job of stretching and cleaning the carpets in my house to prepare it for sale. Fast and efficient. I will use him again in the future.

Al cleaned carpet and tile floors for us the week before Thanksgiving, scheduling the cleaning to precede the holiday even though we hadn't given him much advanced notice. And I very much appreciated him coming to do the job himself. He was pleasant, conscientious, careful, and considerate. Though the high-traffic and high spill areas of the carpet were challenging, I could see an immediate improvement as Al worked.
I was referred to Carpet-Stretch and Al B. by a retiring service provider who used to clean our carpets so I didn't know what to expect. I was not disappointed in Al B. and would definitely use this service again as well as refer it to others.

Al did an excellent job in taking up old carpeting and putting down new in 3 rooms; In one room the carpeting was so old the pad had to be scraped from the floor, an unanticipated time -consuming job, He also had to contend with very large pieces of furniture which could not be moved from the bedroom. He didn't complain or charge more. He did a very professional job and I am very pleased with the results.

The work was done in a very professional manner. Some very heavy pieces (armoire and dresser) which could not be moved out of the room were handled amazingly well. I did not even have to unload them. Everything was put back in place perfectly. The computer, TV's ,etc. were all reconnected and he had me check everything out before he left. I highly recommend this service.

Wow! We have white carpeting and we have pre-teens who have done a number on our carpeted steps and the steps looked awful.

When I walked into my office that Friday morning I was shocked to see water up to my ankles. I didn't know where the water came from and didn't immediately know whom to call. After wading around I discovered that the water came from a broken hose on my water cooler. And it didn't take me long to remember that I had just met Al from Carpet-Stretch.

So I called Al and within thirty minutes he was at my office with all the machinery to remove the water and clean up office.

I can never thank Al enough. He "saved my business life." And when it came time to pay the bill, I was pleasantly surprised because his bill was very reasonable.
